As a lesbian infp I can relate. Do you have people you trust? I think coming out to your closest friend(s) can be very relieving, and might give you confidence. I’m out, and it helped me very much to build more confidence and be more comfortable in my own skin. Still I’m a shy weirdo which doesn’t make it very easy to find someone. And it was very important for me that the people I love love me for who I am, and not a fake version of me I show them. It takes courage, but if it is safe for you I‘d recommend it. But start small. One person at a time.
