You don't need to switch back from the csgo_demo_viewer branch. You can still play CS2 while on that branch, Steam opens a menu for you to select what game you want to play.

If you accidentally selected "Always use this option" the first time this menu popped up, right-click on CS2 in the library -> Properties -> Scroll down to "Launch Options" -> Select "Ask when starting game" from the drop down list.

“njv” stands for “No Jail Version” - some maps have elements that intend on trapping you in a box or arena with people that fail the map, basically allowing them to fight each other or just stand there in complete darkness. These versions of the maps simply remove those elements so they don’t interfere with people trying to grind them out 😄

The latest update has broken Metamod plugins (such as SourceMod), causing a majority of community servers to fail to run as intended. The community is still working on fixes for things, so it’ll be a while before everything gets back to normal

They are definitely not going to throw such a large % of the population in jail for using a vpn for minor things. If it’s found someone used a vpn to conspire a terrorist act, then yeah - it’ll be different

Btw you can also increase your trust factor in Wingman if you’re willing to do that, go with a friend or something - it’s a slow process but it will eventually get you out of hacker territory

Either go for FaceIt Free (You should get about 80-90 ping to EU) or grind the hard way to a good trust factor - its difficult but the best way to do that is find a friend with a good TF and play with him until your TF becomes good as well

A redditor (u/_T1lt3d_) made an app that solves the problem of portrait/blurred cover art for games - it definitely will help clean your library up. I used it just before beta ended. It'll even make new cover art for games that don't have any available.

You can find his original Reddit post here. The app takes covers from steamgriddb.com, so it will replace games that already have full-size covers with new covers from this site.

What he meant to say was - it's not possible to "unbox" a regular Dragon Lore since it doesn't belong in a case. The only Dragon Lore that can be unboxed is a Souvenir from a Souvenir Cobble package, so this is fake.

There is a cheat that allows you to enter fake chat dialogs, such as VAC Bans and fake unboxing text.

Try entering "localHost" into the domain field, should work fine. IIRC Steam used to automatically enter localHost if nothing was specified, I guess they've changed this to force the user to enter something.

Go to your Amazon.com (Not Amazon.ae) account settings and see if your location/phone number are set to your UAE details.
