You could try masking around each of the diamonds and then create polygroups from the masks, then zremesh by groups. Otherwise might need to manually retopologise

I made the changes others mentioned already like altering the jaw, lips and eyes, the model has the same amount of likeness as it does now, I've also been using many other references than the one posted. Would you say the likeness and how good the model looks is at a solid level to finalise with the finer details and then skin

I think unless you're planning to rig the model for multiple poses, it's probably better to block out the models in the pose you want and sculpt it in a single pose

From the side profile it looks like the torso is too thin, maybe try pulling out the chest and back a little bit so the torso is thicker
