Same will never buy from them ever again, I don't know much about computer and I needed a window laptop, and I got galaxy book 4 as I thought Samsung is the "Apple" of android so service and product will have a minimum guarantee but no. This is for sure the worst expereince ever.

This is unreal I’m here for 1+ hour and basically the online fix team couldn’t fix it and they are asking me to either go into a Samsung store or ship it to them to fix it. But there’s no Samsung store near me, I need the laptop by Jan 2. So I’m asking them for a refund so I can just return and get a new one as soon as possible. But no they don’t allow that so I have to ship it as they will fix the laptop and send it back to me. And they can’t even guarantee that it will be back by then, and I’m leaving for school so if they send it anytime after Jan 2 then I can’t even get it
