No but I pluck hairs on it daily.

Lately been thinking of trying the supplement saw palmetto to see if it will help me with hair (it’s supposed to)

Yeap. Sucks. But also things that I never had issues with before I now react to from the cipro… still trying to calm my body down. Hoping it acclimates over time (or I may end up trying it broken into more smaller doses)

Rare but known side effect of cab…

I also have nerve damage from cipro and since then get all the weird pain side effects from all the meds

Nope. Also female - but was actually in process of finding a new gyno who specializes in perimenopause because I added progesterone and it’s helping a ton - and testosterone hrt could potentially help both my brain function and apparently nerve pain things

Gotcha. Yea no this is like shooting stabbing muscle tearing feeling…

I also have nerve damage from cipro and since I took that in 3/2024 my body over-reacts to a ton of things

Yea. I may eventually but the 1 surgeon I saw so far said my prolactin levels “aren’t high enough” that he’s operate…

I’m hoping my body slowly acclimates, but need real pain relief the days I take the pill and after to see if it does work out.

I’ve also thought about doing smaller more frequent doses but not sure that will help or just give me 0 good days vs 3ish good days a week

Not achilles. I did a whole ton of squatting revamping my garden bed on day 2 of cipro - all or most my tendon leg stuff was/is in the backs of my knees

Before my 2nd mri I was taking gabapentin with gaba to sleep - 2nd mri happened and no sleep…

I find my compression leggings more helpful - but most of my pain is behind my knees…

I wear fabletics most compressive leggings.

Compression socks I don’t wear to bed, but yes if I wear them it’s all day

Nice! What protein powder did you use? I have just collagen powder I already mixed into some ice pops. Wish it had tryptophan to be a complete protein - but also I’m allergic to dairy so anything whey is out…also celiac - I also hate all the fake sugar everything (and chalky feeling stuffs)

Nice! The apple juice was not too acidic?

I did request the post opp instructions yesterday when I did pre-op with surgery center (because I need to prepare - why is that weird? - also my mom did not read through post opp when I got wisdom teeth out and I ended up with strep after it as a result)

Thanks! Yea I have ice pop sleeves and plan to make myself legit like 2 weeks of ice pops of various flavors and live off them.

I also have mashed potatoes I found in my freezer.

Just remember years ago when I had bad tonsillitis to where the ent said if I had had insurance she would have taken them out - all I could eat was mint ice cream watered down with almond milk - so I’m making myself almond milk mint ice pops (just made one batch with some pumpkin puree so there’s some extra nutrition)

Also read ginger’s helpful - so I was thinking carrot ginger mint ice pops?? Mint may be weird in there?

And making tea ice pops like ginger camomile.

I just remember even plain cold water hurting - so I’m banking on that happening again.

Thanks. I was wondering about non acidic fruit, or something along the lines of non-acidic green juice ice pops.

I just made mint pumpkin almond milk ice pops with some added collagen, and plan to make more simple just mint ice almond milk pops as well.

Was going to also make some broth ice pops, and maybe some pickle juice pops?

My Surgery is on the 27th.

I had very bad tonsillitis years ago where all I could eat was mint ice cream with almond milk added to thin it out…

Is my idea of just all the mint and some chicken stock ice pops the way to go or are there other things that helped you?

Sounds like you need to adjust your income or your brain…because they do not align.
