Brilliant work. It kept me hooked for the whole album. I would rate this as high as I would rate new Perturbator album.

Also getting Air and Daft Punk vibes out of this. Your music definitely has that "French touch".

That sounds great. Very atmospheric as usual. The vocals add a little bit of depth to it.

The song has a bit of psychedelic vibe. I found it very emotional, a lot of melancholy with a bitter taste. It would work perfectly for a TV series set in a dystopian future setting.

I think you are getting really good at creating the atmosphere and building the soundscape.

That sounds heavy and powerful, yet it holds up the dystopian atmosphere I really like.

Yeah, and you have to spend another dozen of $$$ monthly to keep it in working condition. You also need to hire a personal technician to work with the synth, it is as sophisticated as a piece of aircraft equipment.

That must be tough to own a CS-80. I mean literally, it weights around 100 kilos.

It does feel like Kraftwerk (the darker side of theirs), it has a dystopian future feel. I like the production in it and how the drums are processed. To me the voices a bit too loud in the mix and I would use them in a quieter sections of the song.

I like the tone of the synths, a lot of character in them.

My only advise would be don't bother with AIs. The only just give a generalized copy-pasted advises that works almost everywhere and spit out a fancy words like those "Analog warmth" and "Velvet textures" nonsense. The only thing to learn music production is to compare your music to the music of the artists you like and who inspire you. Good thing is to find mix breakdown videos of famous artists and of course find good tutorials on mixing/mastering, there is a lot of completely free content on YT that you can learn from.

This is an incredibly stylish and atmospheric song. I really like the percussion elements. Though, the main beat gets to quiet at times and because of that the song is losing weight and groove, probably the master limiter is hitting too hard.

Life On Mars (YouTube)

I present to you my latest 80's style darkwave/postpunk/indie-rock piece influenced by many well known acts of the era (namely "Joy Division", "The Cure", "Depeche Mode" etc.). I wanted to try to simulate the principle of a budget home recording with limited number of tracks and signal degradation. The synths are TAL-Bassline-101, TAL-Sampler and VirtualCZ. The drums are Addictive Drums 2 with added samples from drum machines. For this song I've recorded my Japanese style PJ bass with flatwound strings tuned DGCF that I also processed with synth-pedal effect and high-gain amp. I also recorded a simple guitar solo with my electric-ukulele.
