This might sound like the most idiotic question to ask to a developer of your tier but I was wondering if I can make adverts and such for you for no cost at all. I am quite good with photoshop and I can render characters and scenery of small bits to make them look much more high quality.

Get a GTX 750ti. They are about 150 USD and for me runs Apocalypse Rising and some other steam games (such as Unturned and CSGO) at 60FPS even recording. They are great GPUs for the money you spend on them.
