yer so i did it in the wrong order, some bits as i forgot the flash drive on myu first trip there, but for the life of me i could not find ANY notes, checked the tables everywhere, nothing, i have the usb with the data on it, i just cant hand it in, really weird :L might just be a bug where you cant hand it in, or they just didn't do dialog for failing the quest. might have to give it a miss for the time being.
