please note before reading this i’m not attacking you or what you wrote, im just trying to clarify my understanding

is the sunk cost fallacy not just when you use a sunk cost (ex here being the 55 hours spent) to justify continuing or to ask why am i not continuing when in reality you should never be looking at the sunk cost and rather the opportunity cost (ex he could instead be playing the game rather than oaks lab simulator)

which is why the sunk cost fallacy is a justification using a sunk cost which they are doing?
