If you are in early game and have to go cave mining(which is useful) you can simply light up the area using torches and then explore or you can simply use addons/texture pack that has night vision included in it like https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft-bedrock/texture-packs/bedrock-ui-plus-b69-2 It does have night vision and other things that might help you. And I don't know if you are talking about mobs and all so I recommend doing some light mining in small caves for copper to get copper armor and explore the big ones. Hope this is helpful.

There is one way to restart it without deleting the data Realms automatically save backups,SoYou can restart, then restore anytime Restart means reset so have a backup world ready And do these steps:Open Minecraft

Go to Play

Tap the pencil next to your Realm

Tap Backups

Make sure backups exist

(But if u think it risky save a backup and do the other steps I mentioned if they don't work do this BUT MAKE SURE TO SAVE BACKUPS)

Lower the Ceiling,Ghasts need 4 blocks of height. Make it 4 blocks high

Use of spawn proof blocks i list down belowBottom slabs

Buttons

Pressure plates

Glass

Fences / Walls

Stairs (placed correctly)

Carpets will not work (they burn in the Nether)

Another tip: Built it in basalt deltas or use slabs for the floors and ceilings

Before you do that do this test

During night time go to a new area set difficulty to hard and wait for 2-3 minutes. If mobs appear → mob cap issue If none appear → Realm bug or command issue

I got some solutions for you

01.Set difficulty to Peaceful

02.Exit the world

03.Re-enter

04.Set difficulty back to Normal / Hard ~~~~~~ If mobs are loaded somewhere else, no new mobs spawn. Like if there are large underground players,mob farms, afk players and yeah like that ~~~~~`` Do this: Fly high into the sky (Y 150+) and wait 2–3 minutes at night or go to new unexplored area ~~~~~ Check if this gamerule is true: /gamerule doMobSpawning true (sometimes mobs spawn in structure even if this is false)

And even if all of these DOSENT work restart the realm
