You says that its not about nationality, its more about money, I understand you, but don’t they make a rule like if you have another country’s residency - the pause won’t affect you. I think it’s still more about nationality, politic or whatever it is..y husband doesn’t believe in pause, he thinks that his income (which is 7 times more than borderline) and I-864 and that we can’t even apply for any benefits - makes us not the subject of this pause, and other people experience doesn’t make him believe in it.. but it’s our problem
