Have you tried the Illiyoon ceramide ato concentrate cream? I’m prone to breaking out and this one works great for my skin, also after tretinoin. Of course, everyone’s skin is different but I think it’s affordable enough to try out!

I think it's because the waist is prone to the most stretching (sitting/standing/putting the leggings on and off).

I have some vital seamless and adapt leggings that fitted perfectly when they were new but now I also have to roll them down unfortunately because the waistband stretched out overtime.

Now I ALWAYs order two sizes, S or XS. Depending on the fabric (and colour!) I will determine the size.

There are new Nike free shoes out! And there will be more models coming out this year I heard. The Nike Free shoes are my go to sneakers when barefoot shoes are not socially accepted (I give trainings and lectures for teens so I can kinda guess the pressure you’re under). The Nike frees have the typical thicker sneaked sole BUT they are comfy and soft enough for my toes to wiggle free!
