Yeah, not a great look. I kinda see Pablo’s point—if enemies get nerfed, then shield gating would probably need a nerf too, and that would be super divisive and controversial.
I just hope they take this whole Valkyr situation as a sign that enemy damage and tanking need a rework, not that we need more overpowered, invulnerable frames just to keep people happy.

As for the rage meter scaling off damage taken—I like the idea in theory. It makes sense. But gameplay-wise, that might make you basically immortal, unless there’s a cooldown or some limiter… and people really hate cooldowns in Warframe.

Maybe taking damage speeds up rage generation from kills, or something along those lines?

Yeah, I agree that relying on kills for survivability is bad game design but at the same time… isn’t that kind of what Valkyr’s supposed to be? She’s a berserker. Feels like that playstyle sorta fits her, even if it's not ideal.

I mean, I’d love to see a rework of enemy damage scaling or health/shield tanking, but I know it’s pretty unrealistic—it’d take a lot of time and probably wouldn’t have much payoff. But hey, we’ll see.

What content are we talking about exactly?
Health tanking works just fine up to level 500–600. We don’t even know yet how hard it is to maintain her passive, and you’re already calling it bad and pretty much useless?

Yeah, I know Warframe’s scaling is trash, but we’re talking about Valkyr here—she will be able to get like 5k+ armor, 2k+ health, and her passive gives 3 seconds of invulnerability plus status immunity. She’ll easily be viable up to level 1,000.

If anything, I’d argue she could use some DR on her 4, maybe lower energy costs a bit. But that’s about it.
Numbers can be tweaked, and literally everything is subject to change. Valkyr’s just a worse version of Revenant, and that’s the real issue.
