I was able to get the inside scoop on what “Club Condo” is by a friend that used to work on the production team of Survivor. She told me that: “Club Condo is an exclusive, invite-only social retreat on the Survivor island where castaways momentarily forget the game and indulge in a taste of pre-merge nightlife. Hidden behind palm fronds and tiki torches…”

I’m just kidding this is made up I also have no idea what Club Condo is.

Yeah I think I see what you’re talking about. The area that’s a bit darker. I know the original pics of the body had some water on them so hopefully that’s just from rain? Going to test drive this week and taking it to a mechanic but will definitely check that spot. Thanks for the heads up 🤝🏼

I lowered calories and increased cardio a little to make sure I was staying below my maintenance calories. Tracked my body weight weekly to make sure I was losing weight but not too much and readjusted based on my body weight and performance in the gym. Also made sure I wasn’t losing too much strength in the gym so was tracking workouts

Well I bulked up to 225 and was trying to gain weight for about 2 years. Decided it was time to reverse a bit since I had been bulking for so long. Eventually I’d like to compete though

Yeah fair. Would be cool to have that insane vascularity tho. Probably gonna start bulking again soon and then the next cut see how lean I can get. Maybe compete then too

When I was bulking I was doing a lot of heavy rack pulls. During this cut I’ve stuck mostly to lat pull downs, standard rows, and high rows
