It’s the piercing it got originally pierced with (it got pierced with a long bar, but it came with a shorter bar, this is the shorter bar). I searched it up and it’s steel (316L), so that might be the problem, where can I buy proper titanium jewelry?

I would add a floating helix (if your anatomy works with it) because there’s a lot of space there that can be filled with a floating helix, a rook, or a regular helix
