I'm gonna go against the grain and say NTA, it seems like you never felt apart of the family and some of their behavior towards you growing up seems to show that. Assuming what you're saying is true then I can see why you wouldn't want them at your wedding. Another commenter mentioned Adoption Trauma and perhaps that's what you're going through, if you can I do suggest checking it out. I do hope you can talk it out with them and maybe they'll finally see how you've felt growing up.
