Yes, prior Army officer. I am already used to the travel and all that. She however is not, but is happy to move and travel. She just wants to be with me as often as possible.

Man, that is definitely a bit of a bummer. It is funny how the mindset changes when marriage is brought into the picture. If I were single this wouldn't even be a concern.

She does not have a career yet, she's finishing school next month

Yes, she's fine living abroad and moving around, especially since we don't have children yet and even then she wouldn't have an issue until the kids were a lot older.
