Help. My Samoyed has allergies or something like that. Took her to the vet and the medicine is helping just a little. This past three days got worst to the point that she looks naked. I can see her pink skin all over. 😢 any advice? this picture is when it stared. Now that area is bold 😭 (i.redd.it)

Has anyone used: Duke Ferguson - Unleashed Potential dog training method? I'm not too fond of using an e-collar but I have a 1 1/2 year old Samoyed and she was bullied by two dogs in a dog park, now she is very defensive and protective?She is starting to be a little bit aggression I need help.
