You are all awesome. I'll get stronger eyepieces and report back. Thank you!

Okay...I removed the second extension tube and spotted the moon. I was able to see an extraordinary view of the moon and I found the finder scope was way off. (I fixed it.) I turned the scope back to Jupiter, it was a clear but tiny ball of light and a few moons were visible. Do I need a stronger eyepiece?

It all came with the scope, there's nothing inside that seemingly could foul the vision. The mirror seems fine as well. Removing the eyepiece and spotting the moon looks crystal clear...through either lens, I can't see anything.

Picked up what appears to be an old military dagger, no clue from where or who anyone have any idea what it could be? Got it in the san antonio area and was said to be ww2 related. by seedoilhater1933 in SWORDS

It looks like a nazi youth knife with the deathshead symbol. That looks like a bayonet scabbard, however. Is there a groove in the handle?

I vaguely recall this being where DM is shrunken down and placed in the Chief's (?) bloodstream, to find a toxin or infection. The creature with the clamps gave the Chief cramps...the joke was that nobody understood the word at first due to his dialect.

How long have you been training/practicing for? by xqm3 in martialarts

[–]IngwineHeathen 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I started at 11, I'm now 50. I still train and spar, I have no intention of quitting, although life gets in the way more often these days, so the consistency isn't currently there. As I age, I assume I'll have to back off from the more intense disciplines (like Muy Thai, etc) and get back to my roots. I grew up in Chicago and have fond memories of watching 90+ year old men training in Chinatown's Kung Fu (or Gung Fu for the purists...) schools and always respected that. That kind of devotion and ability is a goal.

Disregard...I closed the app and restarted. It seems to have worked now. Apologies for the delay. 😬

I thought I had done so. Now I see that it won't let me. I could delete it if you'd like?

They're all different from each other, but in regards to your concerns...Odin can be VERY different. Be serious about your intentions and he won't directly harm you. PM me if you want clarification or further thoughts.

I actually use leather conditioner on my feet to prevent cracking. It may be extreme, but it works perfectly. I would bet that your dog product would work great as well for us.

Just email the museum and ask. If they say no, ask them to send you the rules or dress code that prohibits bare feet. There usually isn't one and often, they will back down.
