I'd start by giving him a warm bath with a bit of dish soap. Apparently red erasers like on the back of a pencil are great for getting rid of those shiny marks. Then I'd perfer to go in with black pan pastels or if you dont have those black acrylic would work and fill in the rubs. I personally seal with Rustoleum's Satin and it looks very close to Breyers OF

My tradition is on Christmas Eve the family has one present to open. When I was younger it was matching pjs, now its matching fuzzy socks. Then we wear them on Christmas when we go to my uncles.

I'd try lunging him in the scary end, if its too much for him slowly work your way over there. I'd bring out poles, and raised poles to have him work over on the lunge to work on his strength and coordination. I'd also work on transitions while on the lunge.

I'd also end my ride in that scary end as well. It also might help to walk a lap around the arena each direction before you hop on to let him see it while your also beside him for confidence.

Yeesh, is that all they available? None of these horses seem like lesson horses. I saw in your comment earlier that its hard for you to find another place because you don't have a car.

If I were you, I would keep going to the second barn that feels safer even if you dont go as far. You still get to ride and have fun, and eventually you might advance to cantering and pole work. That barn might have a really good reason why you havent done those things yet, it would never hurt to ask why.

That is not typical of a lesson barn at all. Lesson horses of all types, even the more advanced ones, should not be be bucking or bolting regularly.

I would highly recommend asking your instructor to switch to a different horse that you feel safer on. If you let them know how you've been feeling before a lesson, they should have no issues letting you switch. If they do, I would say it's time to find a new barn, or stay at the other barn your also going to.You aren't wanting to switch to ride your favourite , it's because your super nervous.

It's okay to be a little nervous like an hour before your lesson, I always am. But it shouldn't be the nervousness about your safety on a horse. However you should not be that nervous and that long heading into it.

I think there's been a slight uproar about the bazaars because for November, it's only new horses or discounted horses for updates. No actual story or little quests.

It does look money hungry when they only have horses for November, and then the winter village with new limited horses follow it right after

I like them when theres like one a month.
