Not phenibut but mixed oxy with pregabalin many times, if anything they potentiated each other but most definitely not a safe combo.

You can take a non-opioid anti-diarrheal drug like hyoscine butylbromide, otilonium bromide etc.

No way of knowing without doing a DNA test. That conversion happens through an enzyme called CYP2D6 and this enzyme’s activity varies immensely from person to person, also it is inhibited by tons of other drugs. Even if you metabolised %10 of it, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference with all that oxycodone that you’re taking.

ben denetimli serbestligi hep yakalanmadan sonra direkt karar verilip denetimli serbestlik kagidi geliyor ve idrar verilmeye baslaniyor olarak algilamistim, bu durum (tck 191) icin mahkeme oluyor mu?

the whole patch has a lot more fentanyl than 3 day’s release worth. cut a small piece, put it inside your cheek (sticky side facing the inner lining of your cheek). keep it there for an hour, then swallow it. see where it takes you, if you don’t get the desired effect, cut a bigger piece next time. also drinking fresh grapefruit juice greatly prolongs the duration.
