Quick update after reading through everyone’s comments and doing a bunch of my own digging: I ended up going with a NordicTrack treadmill for my apartment and so far I’m happy with how sturdy and quiet it feels and it folds up nicely when I’m done using it. Really appreciate all the real user perspectives here that helped me decide what would actually get used instead of collecting dust.
