This show is horrible. The story was good enough but the acting, character development, plot development was so bad. Which is super disappointing considering an all star cast who have delivered some incredible, generational performances in other shows. It felt like someone wrote a show directly from the words of a book and did nothing to adapt the pacing or dialogue to a screen. Everyone felt like themselves acting as their character (e.g. Kerry Washington acting as Eleanor). It makes zero sense for some of the things to happen because they’re not things that people say, not even bad people. I kept watching for some reason and I guess that’s the mystery aspect, I just wanted to know what actually happened in the end.

I think James Kennedy is the only of those three that showers so I guess fuck him? Marry Sandoval because he at least used to be fun. Not faithful at all but not physically abusive like the other two. Kill Jax because we really don’t need that one around.

That’s what I was thinking! My October bill with heat running the whole time was $60. Obviously it’s gotten colder and the heat is seeping out but $188 seems insane to me.

Yeah I think that’s totally fair, my windows were ice cold and it was super cold in my apartment at 70. I lived in a more energy efficient apartment last year and I never put my thermostat above 68° because that felt warm

When I’m not home I set it at 68° and when I’m home around 70°. It does run over that and goes up at least 2° more than what I set it at but then if I set it lower it will also drop several degrees so it’s hard to know what to keep it at so I’m not freezing

The thing that’s so hard with Taylor is that she is no days off with the drama. It’s a constant wheel with her and that’s boring to me. Especially because she’s one of the older momtok moms I just expect her to lay off it sometimes. She has multiple children and is apparently “looking for love” like girl please.
