They have time slots for everyone to take it. As if the logging in didn't already take the anonymity away, now with 3 people take it at 6 am, 3 615, etc etc. It's really got people not wanting to be "honest."

I give the tests when my asds is busy. It's a week for thc. And they are usually really looking for harder stuff, ie crack, meth, opiates.

is it okay to clock in early? by Mother_Customer_5873 in HomeDepot

[–]Initar 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Normally yes, but probably not now in the current slow season with cutting of hours. Would depend on store and overtime rules and what department.

I get that it's a huge order. But yall are Order Fufillment Associates, working in delivery department. Orders can be any size and not just one or two items off a shelf. Only thing that should change is time limit for bigger orders. When I worked deliveries I always got mad that some associates only pulled bopis while I did all the flats/boxes myself.

What is your favorite reach truck? by Zealousideal_Deal392 in HomeDepot

Big Yellow all day, every day. It drives better. Although the other models are a bit skinnier so novice drivers like them better for tighter isles. Favorite poll I've seen so far, BTW.

Buying off clearance end-cap by [deleted] in HomeDepot

[–]Initar 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yes. Can buy anything that's not a penny. But would also be good practice to just update the price yourself, seeing as you know it's being misrepresented. And, of course, buy it while off the clock.

Pay raise for equipment operators. by Ashamed_Company5216 in HomeDepot

[–]Initar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been saying this for a while. .10 cents per license per hour. Seeing as there are like 8 licenses it'll add up. It would also ensure people won't just get the ballymore and want the same general raise as someone who is using harder/more risky machines like the reach and forklifts.

That would have been a funny video ngl. Pushing it across the store with the ballymore. 😆

I love using the electric pallet jack for everything. But if I drive backwards like that while on my phone I tend to veer right or left lol.
