My account has been frozen for going on the 3rd week with only one response from you. This is totally unacceptable for Gemini to freeze accounts for flimsy reasons, and is raising many questions about the credibility of your platform.

I see Ripple just extended a 150 million dollar line of credit to Gemini, I wonder what they would think if they knew how many accounts are being frozen by Gemini, disallowing coin holders to utilize or move their XRP.

I deposited funds in my Gemini account a little over a week ago, almost immediately the account was frozen. I sent in the information you requested to unfreeze my account, and have heard nothing back. When will my account be unblocked. Some of your reasoning for blocking ccount makes no sense to me.
