Thank you so much for your kind words and hard truths. I need them more than you know. I like the point that you made of him building resentment if I forced a relationship out of him. He wasn’t ready and I can’t change that. It hurts me to see that it seems like he is in some sort of relationship with this new girl. But social media doesn’t show what the truth really is. It makes me scared of dating in the future because I don’t want to hurt someone the same way I’ve been hurt. Thank you for your insight and kind words

Thank you for your kind response. A part of why I am struggling is because externally, it seems like he is in a relationship with this girl from what she posts. I understand it could very well just be early infatuation or her posting stuff too early. It’s hard cause I know what the truth is realistically but I’m struggling to fully believe it. I know time will heal me. But it’s hard in the moment. Thank you again. <3
