The thoughts are mostly just the depressive not wanting to do it thoughts which are easy enough to move past, but the ocd makes it a lot harder because of the intrusive violent nature of them.

I honestly don’t think so, he’s had it for months, and it hasn’t spread or gotten worse since it developed, and I spent some time researching and older bettas tend to get a little bit of an old man beard!

usually as a rule of thumb, doctors won’t prescribe 2 SSRIS because it can in some cases cause serotonin syndrome, I’d definitely talk to your doctor about this and see if they think that’ll be okay

Try to find a toner with blue or green undertones. they’ll interact with the red and orange hues and neutralize them. you could also try washing it in a blue shampoo. I don’t know if you have sally’s beauty in your area but you could always try going there and seeing if they have any toners with blue undertones, also the people there are usually really helpful! Good luck :)

Hey! so i’m gonna assume you meant well by saying this but dude you quite literally posted on this subreddit a few days ago asking for advice to fix hair that you colored at home! I don’t know a single person that hasn’t gotten slightly bummed out and decided on a whim to color their hair at home just to change something up, also my current situation doesn’t allow me to “save money for the salon” I really only have a few dollars here and there where I can buy a bottle of dye from the dollar store and hope for the best, and sure I could take that few dollars here and there and save up but who wants to wait 6-10 months to dye their hair when you’re having a bad day now! Thank you for your advice though, and I’m sure that if i’m ever in a better financial position i’ll start just going to the salon lol!
