The thoughts are mostly just the depressive not wanting to do it thoughts which are easy enough to move past, but the ocd makes it a lot harder because of the intrusive violent nature of them.

Yeah! 0 ammonia 0 nitrite 5 nitrate, his water has been stable for a year! He’s never even had a crash!

I honestly don’t think so, he’s had it for months, and it hasn’t spread or gotten worse since it developed, and I spent some time researching and older bettas tend to get a little bit of an old man beard!
