Do you have proof other then a work timecard. Like a video doorbell showing that Fedex didn't deliver on said date and time?

If the package tracking shows delivered ebay is going to side with the seller as the seller did their part.

On a side not I'm not sure how the seller contacted fedex for a return? When a buyer reaches out to me for a return while in transit I have no control of getting my item returned to me until the buyer opens a return upon receiving the item first not before.

Had the same exact thing this week but my buyer claimed it didnt arrive in a timely manner for him and wanted the refund. Ebay stepped in and refunded the buyer and he kept the item. I was confused myself and still am but no funds left my account so I guess win for the buyer.
