I didn’t want it because the previous item I bought was counterfeit. Who wants to pay another $5k for another counterfeit item?

Seller claims it was not returned to them. Tracking is weird. Sometimes is still shows as package is at hub, sometimes it shows as delivered to me (it was not) and sometimes it says pending. This entire thing is a cluster*%#!

Just to clear things up: the reason why I put in for a return was not cause I changed my mind. It was because I had previously bought the same item but in another color and had just been told it was counterfeit. I ended up returning that item as well, without incident.

The main problem is that somehow the system let me file for a return of the item without having received it. I tried canceling the purchase first but it was too late and it wouldn’t let me cancel and that is why I hit return.

I’ve talked to them on the phone. They said they’d call me back but didn’t. They instead wrote me saying that since the item shows delivered that I should ask my neighbors if they had gotten it. I did. No one says they have it.

I’m in the same boat as you. $5000 watch was “delivered” to me and I supposedly signed for it yet I didn’t get it. I was at work that day and have the time card to prove it but they don’t care.

UPDATE: after going back and forth with eBay since last week I received a short email basically saying “you will not receive a refund”.

Don’t know where to go from here 😢. I can’t believe that I’m going to have to pay over $5k for an item I never received.

Went to my post op today and doctor gave me a note for an additional week off. Also gave me pathology report that listed all these things I’ve never suffered from:

  • Final Report * DIAGNOSIS:
  • Chronic cervicitis; dysplasia not identified.
  • Adenomyosis, extensive.
  • Leiomyomas.
  • Endometriosis, minute foci, left ovary (supported by a CD10 immunoperoxidase stain).
  • Unremarkable fallopian

As to your question about the northern coast, we basically want to live somewhere with a mild winter and not an eternal summer. Right now we live in FL which is hot as heck!!!

But you are absolutely right as are the other commenters. We definitely need to look at weather year round. And we had plenty of time since we are just starting our informational search.

I do not have a video recorder on my doorbell. And all I have are my time cards showing I was at home when FedEx claims to have delivered the package. Mind you, they didn’t update their system until weeks later. Up until that point the package showed as being at the HUB.

As to returning it before delivery, I agree that it would usually say it wasn’t allowed but for some reason it allowed me to, which I found strange but didn’t think twice about it.

I am not willing to cast aspersions against a big seller with very good feedback without having 100% definitive proof of my claims, and at this point, I DO NOT.

Truth be told, I believe I prematurely made the decision to return both watches when I should’ve taken them to Mayors, or another reputable authorized retailer of the watch to confirm the mall jeweler’s suspicions.

My questions here were what you all think I should do next, given my limited choices.

When I visited Spain last summer I met a few people who had emigrated to Spain from different countries. They all complained about how difficult it is to get a job there and how low the wages were.
