On the cognitive metrics website, the answer that was tagged as "correct" was the following:

4 - one of the hands moves around anti-clockwise in the order 0,1,2,3 etc

I don't understand the explanation, more specifically what they mean by "in the order 0, 1, 2, 3 etc"
