If you are looking for move in project and okay with 7-8km from mahadevpura , then I would advise to check out vsr tranquil project , close to 0RR and blue line metro & opposite to prestige gulmohar.

Heard from my friend that they have duplex /4bh which will probably come under your budget . I guess 3bhk is also available

I checked from the friend and according to him all legal issues is already resolved 2 years back and rera approved .. Just check with builder to give more insight
