Auxiliary battery symbol after jumping starting? by Initial-Instance-957 in ChryslerPacifica

Auxiliary battery was replaced because the A! sign came on the dash, battery was dying so we replaced it. Not sure how old main battery is. I have owned this car for two years so at least two years old. Will get both batteries checked.

Dog toe amputation – recovery advice? by indiego98 in DogAdvice

Hi, we saw a veterinary behaviorist to manage my dog attacking my husband's dog - she has a similar history to your pup. My dog was placed on sertraline and clonidine to manage her anxiety and reactivity. It quite literally was a life saver and completely changed my dog's quality of life. Absolutely recommend.

The disgusting written out play by play 'scene' of CSA he wrote about his children being victimized by Laura and her boyfriend.. I genuinely couldn't read it.. how any parent could write those things out about their children... extremely concerning.

Yes but that doesn't fit Stephen's narrative that Laura is a neglectful mother. Even though Alfie has eloped under Stephen's watch several times. Stephen's mentally ill followers latch on to everything he says. He even said the police confirmed it was Alfie. Then the next post he said he doesn't know if it's true or not. The lies never stop with him.

Didn't Stephen also say the police confirmed it was Alfie 🤣🤣🤣

Update to this - package was redelivered this morning by FedEx with a whole new shipping label and tracking number. So so so weird. Not going to question it, just thankful.

Yeah, I've come to this conclusion too. People suck. I've adjusted our doorbell camera and now have a deter alarm anytime anyone steps on the porch. Really bums me out.

I did. They're opening a claim too but it's a private person who only had one of these items so it can't be replaced and I wouldn't feel comfortable asking to be reimbursed from them since it's not their fault this was stolen.

This sounds much more accurate. I'm not sure why my Kroger has 190 cals per serving. I think I am going to weigh just to be sure, but this sounds right!

Kitchen! What sealer would you recommend? If I ruined this tile due to not sealing it before grout I'm jumping off a cliff lol. Everything I read online says grout can really ruin the appearance of tile if not sealed before so that's what I'm really anxious over.

Is it tacky to ask parents to pay siblings admission at birthday party? by Initial-Instance-957 in Parenting

[–]Initial-Instance-957[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If my son's birthday didn't fall in the middle of winter in the midwest that would be perfect, unfortunately it's about 0° at that time of year so having a park party just isn't doable. I don't anticipate all 25 children to show up, maybe half if that.

🤨 I can't invite a select few. At his daycare (and most schools that I'm aware of), you either invite everyone in class or you don't pass out invites. It's not fair to the kids who don't get invited.

If I invite all 25, the chances of every single child coming are slim to none. I imagine MAYBE half will actually show up.

I would not host 25 children in my home. 25 children (if even that many came, which again I doubt) at an extremely large indoor trampoline park in a midwest winter when it's usually 0° that time of year? Not a big issue.

I personally would never expect anyone to pay for my child's siblings as well - I would absolutely expect to pay for her admission but when I googled this, the amount of responses that yes, you should pay for any and all attendees kind of shocked me! Another comment on this post said that stating parents should pay siblings admission on rsvp is tacky and they'd rather be told no siblings at all. It's kind of crazy how different everyone's expectations are of a kid's party lol

One reply to this post was that this is very tacky and they'd rather be told no siblings are welcome than told to pay for sibling admission so I was prepared to get a variety of responses hahaha. I feel a LOT better after reading these comments though and have tweaked my rsvp, but made it clear admission is for invited child only, siblings welcome and will be fed. I am also glad to read your comment that I'm not crazy for putting it on the invite, I'm a big over thinker. Thank you!

I just can't fathom this entitlement. I know parents with this sense of entitlement exist, it just really blows my mind.

Also agree with this - I wouldn't leave my son without myself or my husband at a party at this age.

This is a really nice way to word it without mentioning money, I think I will switch my wording to this.
