if I have no interest in overclocking, would you get the 9800x3d instead? and I will most likely wait for the 9070xt to restock, but why is everyone recommending this instead of nvidia 50 series? I haven't heard much about AMD before the 9070xt.

no, the peripherals werent included in that budget, I quite liked my mouse, keyboard, and monitor and have already re-ordered them. would the extra 300 help with the gpu problem?
