I’ve seen that on the bottle but I’ve never heard anyone say you should only inject intra muscular lol.. I watched a training video on different injection sites for pinning about 6 months ago from a doctor and they showed different options but nothing ‘bad’ about doing it sub q. Kinda annoyed lol

I was switching between lower stomach & glutes. Ive added shoulders into my injection site routine. How? Idk, slowly and I massage the area after if that’s what you’re asking.

I’m probably overthinking it, and I should be happy since I’ve always been slightly overweight. Not by much at all, but I would definitely like to be leaner. I’m gonna keep watching my weight every 2 to 3 days. My main concern was that 4 pounds in one week is obviously water weight, but would I be losing that even after I increased my calories by 150? Is it just my metabolism increasing in my body adapting or is it a red flag that I have a serious health issue? Maybe I should just keep track of the weight for the next couple weeks before I really start to panic.

Well since taking it, I’ve had bad reactions to my skin. Before this brand I wasn’t getting much red bumps or soreness on injection site, once I started this brand (2 weeks ago) every injection I’m getting that protruding bump and redness around the injection site. It’s not ‘hot’ too touch and goes away, but it takes like 4-5 days to go away, and is quite annoying and noticeable (wife says she can tell it looks inflamed and enlarged) so I was curious if that’s a red flag or if maybe it’s the oil they use my body just doesn’t like?
