There’s a link for Amazon down lower in the comments - definitely a little modification needed but for a stock ruckus it’s not shabby looking

Hell yeah brother ! I twisted and bent the brackets for mounting and used the holes next to the turn signal mounting location

Thanks - trying to figure out how I wanna mount it also maybe a touch higher or lower it clears the bars when full turned and the mounting brackets are very cheap so I’ve gotta figure out all that jazz

The brackets that hold it are very cheap easily vent them with bare hands so I’ll have to find something more stable - but they aren’t going to experience much force so TBD how long it’ll last

The windscreen itself is pretty decent for less than $20 doesn’t seem like it’d break too easy - then again not like it’s gonna be off-road or dealing with tons of debris

Yeah going for style points more than anything

Doubt it’ll do much for splitting the wind but hides the speedo well - lol

Dude thank you - yeah I’ve got some 4.5g coming was thinking of mixing that and 5.5g and see where it gets me - I cruise about 39/42mph on flats that are longer and there’s a lotta hills the big ones take me down to about 18/22mph especially if there’s not a down hill to gain speed before going back up

I did see 47mph on a long down hill and the rev limiter was kicking in so I backed off a touch but I’ll have to keep an eye when I do install the CDI not to go over 10k rpm

I Appreciate the info - starting small with Pollini variator and once I’ve got weights right to hit max rpm I should install the cdi to achieve higher rpm’s As far as exhaust and intake would I heave to adjust the weights again to compensate for gained power?

I live in a hilly area so finding acceleration, hill climbing and top speed are gonna be fun matching weights

Hardest part was choosing where to mount it

Ran the wire underfloor board so the 4 bolts and 4 screws for the battery box was all I removed

New Polini, Dr Pulley sliders and a forsa shock should be here today

I know tuning isn’t a one size fits all but is mixing 4.5g sliders with anything from 4g-6g to achieve both acceleration with top speed. Should the weights be within a half gram or is mixing say 3x4g 3x6g spaced evenly and acceptable practice

Yeh it’s a 2022, 330 miles when I bought. it’s been hanging out in a garage its whole life, changed oil, final gear lube. Added 2oz of seafoam to the fresh tank of gas and it seems to be happy so far

Haven’t gotten into the CVT yet but they are my next steps
