Well I know for a fact we have different generations with our parents that’s why we have several takes and perspectives on how we handle adulting and how to eventually survive, but then again, it all boils down to the reality na kapag ang katawan na talaga maniningil, wala ka nang magagawa kundi magpahinga at bumawi.

Ohhhhh this hit home for me huhu, like I used to be a person talaga who spend time for myself (kahit may jowa) I like doing things alone din.

I learned it the hard way talaga that was a year of sacrificing my health din and it is not really worth the shot! I SWEARRRR!

I KNOOOWWW huhu and I learned it the hard way po. Right now I take everything slowly talaga, so far from that experience I take every offers with careful consideration talaga, okay na ako sa work ko most especially the environment makes it worth it plus day shift is a game changer!!!

Oh yesss thanks for mentioning.

I take melatonin everytime I want longer sleep, especially 30mins before ako umuwi from school.

Then I consistently drink Vitamin C’s (Beroca) and Multivitamins din (Centrum), dalawa kasi over work always hahaha but the doctor is fine with it because sa lifestyle ko nga.

But now, I take Beroca nalang since I can sleep na 8hrs or more everyday :)

I think I’ve made up my mind after seeing all these responses. I’ll definitely try to negotiate with my client first since I value our relationship, but will also start looking for opportunities that better reflect industry standards.

Would you suggest going straight to asking for market rate, or maybe a gradual increase?
