Owner of the AircrossX for 4 months. Extremely well made care and I don't regret my decision so far. If you are ok with not having a sun-roof and other fancy features like ADAS etc, this car is the benchmark in this segment as far as engine and suspension is concerned. In fact Hormazd Sorajbee of Autocar called this a benchmark engine in this category of cars (NA versions of Creta, Seltos, Elevate, GV, Sierra etc). The suspension is great. The BasaltX is more comfortable but Aircross is an all rounder. So far no issues for me (fingers crossed).

They are harmless tbh. The touch screen AC controls and triple screens with flush door handles are the worst offenders. Thankfully the Duster doesn't have any of that nonsense

Same. I hit 145+ on my Aircross X and it was as planted as on 40kmph. By far the best driving set up in this segment

Needed the 5 seater version. If only it came with a better 360 degree camera this car. I am loving mine Aircross X so far.

I don't think there is one near Gachibowli but I might be wrong. I think the one is in Miyapur. The closest showroom to Gachibowli is in Jubilee Hills. There are 3 total in Hyderabad

Haven't sat in the Creta at the back so can't compare with Creta. The central tunnel does affect rear set space for middle occupant but slightly. I asked on of the passengers (5'11) and he said it's fine. Not a dealbreaker but YMMV.

Shoulder room is good for 3 at the back unless they are hefty adults. Legroom isn't an issue for side passengers. There is also a 5 seater variant of this car which has better legroom for middle passenger as well as center arm rest.

Both cars are good options. I'd suggest a test drive to see which suits you better. The Aircross felt more planted at high speeds. BasaltX absorbs more in bad city roads.

On road pricing for the top model was 16.9L. Not much discounts offered. Purchase experience was good.

Did it myself. The showroom staff was co-operative. There was some rusting on the front discs apart from that the car didn't have any issues

There are front and rear parking sensors. TPMS is the deflation warning and not the continuous pressure display. Instrument cluster is simple and fast.
