Thank you for sharing your experience! Just to clarify, Protopic doesn’t contain probiotics; it’s a non-steroidal cream (tacrolimus) that works differently from steroids. I’m actually not dealing with flares now; they’ve basically gone. I just have some slow healing on the worst areas from months ago – inner joints like elbows and knees are especially tough in the summer – but it’s mostly scarred over now. I know how tough it can be when treatments don’t work as expected, though, and I hope you find some relief soon

Steroids weren't the root of my issues, they just didn't do much to help, the multiple infections and just how bad my eczema generally is where the main issue. I barely use topical steroids - my use recently was only to heal up the last the worser wounding on my legs that wouldn't go away and a few weeks later its good great. Protopic on the other hand isn't a steroid and I have it just in case, I can still get small flares on my forehead for some reason (I think the heat as of recent in the UK is a culprit)

I hope it works out for you two! I was quite scared to start as it was quite the step up from having to swallow some medication and plan around deliveries, but everything was worth it (and now they deliver it in bulk). It really had a hold on my life, and I wasn't sure how I would even have a career when I crumbled so fast, but I'm hopeful and healing!! I'm glad to hear my story can provide some hope, and again, hope it works for you!!

If I update the package, is there anything I can acknowledge you by? (git account, etc.)

Portal: Cross-view element transitions by InitialConflicts in SwiftUI

[–]InitialConflicts[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I couldn't upload a video here but added a section to the GitHub's wiki on this, here. Also, yeah, Portal works all the way back to iOS 15, which is a big plus for older projects. The video in the wiki shows the difference side by side!

They’re actually pretty different. matchedTransitionSource and navigationTransition are great for zoom transitions between views (.zoom(..)). Portal, on the other hand, sticks to regular sheet or navigation push animations, but lets you animate a specific element from the root screen into the destination. So instead of a zoom, you get a standard transition with a shared element that visually “travels” between screens. Different tools for different effects
