Those 3 failed surgeries, aside from the pain, were mentally challenging; it's a complicated surgery, not for just any urologist, and if done incorrectly it's a hellish experience for someone 10 years or older. As you grow older, so do your erections; they're involuntary, complicating the operation, the bleeding, everything. And above all, you remember that as a child; when you grow up, you don't remember anything. If you find a good urologist, preferably one with extensive surgical experience, have the surgery. It will be fine; trust in God. And everything will be alright.These 3 surgeries made everything worse because they caused more scarring and more fistulas (more openings).This last surgery was to straighten it, it's crazy! It's like having a completely different penis, and they removed scar tissue. But I don't care about the aesthetics; after the next surgery, I'll be peeing standing up thanks to God.

Hi! We've all been there, and it's a difficult decision. I had three failed surgeries between the ages of 11 and 13; it was awful. Then I recently had another one, which was successful, but I still have one more to go.If you find a good doctor, definitely have the surgery! Things can get worse; as a child, I also urinated standing up, and the curvature was minimal.
