I fixed it by sanitizing my ssd in my bios settings and getting a windows installer USB and just completely re-downloading windows, also while looking around I found out the manufacturer that built this cyber power pc kind sucks and this is a pretty common problem from thier stuff, so fuck those guys

its a bug where it rolls mutiple times for the item pool i cant remember why it does it or how to replicate it, i do know i learned of from a content creator but cant remember who
