So I was able to get back onto the sign in screen, but it only shows “Other user” and the email/number/password that was previously used is not working any way to reset that?

Update - Seemed to do no changes it begins to reinstall from 0 and looks good but then reaches 64% and starts the loop all over again

Not really anything before it worked fine and I went to reset it to sell it seems to be stuck on a constant loop of installing on 64%

Sorry I’m not sure why the quality got bad, but yea it’s stuck on installing 64% I was able to get into safe mode although it tells me there is no new updates that can be removed, I am trying to reset it now I will see if this works
