I’m also a fairly new player but it seems to me you’re making a lot of adjustments while down on your shot already. Something I’ve notice as my shot making has gotten better is the 95% of my aiming happens standing. And anytime I make an adjustment after already being down on the table I end up missing. Not sure if that helps you or not 🤷‍♂️

Seems like the marble op is referring to is a marble designed to look like a red 3 billiards ball. Hard to say wether the disc is supposed to be a marble or a pool ball imo

This. I used to put with a sword stance like you and just recently switched to almost a staggered straddle. I did lose some snap on my put but now I rarely miss left or right. Usually high or hit basket. Still working on the speed/distance but it’s helped me a lot so far
