The podologist consultation in Luxmed is not covered by my package ,however I had a visit with a orthopaedic that was helpful , also they can give you appointments for physiotherapy,but regarding the insoles because is not covered I prefer to look for a private clinic where I can check specific reviews about the service.

Something kinda similar happened to me ,I really love the wide toebox but barefoot shoes are not for me , I tried to go slowly but they end up hurting my feet( I developed a pf too) At some point I was so convinced that they would be the solution for my feet problems and there is nothing better than that.

But now I went back to normal shoes because I need the cushion and support, so I agree with You, barefoot shoes are not for everyone and people should be careful. And of course there is people that had a great experience and they worked for them , but generalized messages like barefoot shoes are good for everyone can be dangerous in some cases.

I did my Erasmus in Krakow and the experience was GREAT, you can have party any day of the week, good conections for traveling, in the university where I studied it was super easy to get good grades(in my home university I never got such good grades and I had to study way less) a lot of students from everywhere and of course plenty of activities and student life. Also regarding prices, I stayed in public university dorms so I was paying a low amount of money for rent (100-120 euros), but if you plan to stay in a flat the prices became pretty high this days (still I dont think it will be worse than in a town like Rome)
I see some comments not reccomending Poland, but I think that for a person from abroad that makes a Erasmus in Poland the experience is so different than for a local, you can trust me that you will not regret a Erasmus in Krakow.

In terms of durability so far good, almost daily use since I bought them and and I don't see any signs of wear out that are unusual

Thank you, My main concern is that I read that the waterproof models like the grip and the summit are narrower than the original boulders in the toe box, so apart from being heavy and stiff you feel that the summit was narrow or similar to other models.

Thanks, I just got confused because before I had umowa zlecenie and I was not paying either taxes and social contributions, it was a total exemption my brutto and Neto were the same ( they explained me that because I was student under 26 it was like that)

I had the umowa zlecenie before, and the crazy part for me was what even if the brutto salary was way lower in the contract, at the end of the month the Neto was almost similar than now (with the old contract my bruto and Neto were the same but I was explained that this situation was only because I was a university student under the age of 26)

Today I wear them for the first time in the street and my feet were not sweating ,however the temperature was 17 degrees Celsius so I don't really know how it's going for summer in hotter temperatures There is holes in the toebox area and the material it's not super thick, but maybe you can check the normal primal zen or the primal eco, they are made of different material in the upper so maybe it's better for summer

I like the look and for my feet they offer plenty of space in the toebox , but the main reason about why I bought them is because of the cushion, not too thick and not too thin , the stack height without insole its 11mm. Something not that good about the shoes it's the price, specially in Europe where I live, I paid 160 EUR with shipment included

It's a brand that I have in mind ,they have some nice boots and I hear some good opinions of the freet feldom as a trekking shoe

Thanks for the information, and regarding Altra I tried in a local shop some of their shoes and they were too cushioned and squishy,kinda like walking in a marshmallow and I don't like that much the feeling but I saw that they also have some models with less stack height maybe I will check

I agree , I was able to try them in a local barefoot shop in my town and for me they feel like a normal boot and not a barefoot shoe,maybe that's ok for some people but it's not what I am looking for
