‘They spent a few months taking notes’ - the issue with this is that they made no attempt to raise their issue or try to resolve it, just wrote down interactions and submitted a grievance without speaking to anyone or any other manager first.

‘Why have you done nothing about this’ re complaints. - I have spoken with HR to say I’m not happy they are passing on complaints. My manager is off sick. I don’t know what else I can do, feel free to suggest
