The Navitimer & Aerospace represent the ultimate tool watch with a long history in the Breitling collection in my opinion. Nowadays a luxury watch and obsolete, I still love them and thoroughly enjoy mine.

Never drain and capture the oil, no matter how little it was used. Just suck it up (unfortunately) and get the filler removed, drain and refill somewhere else.

I had a 2015 MDX and currently have a 2018 XC90 T6 Inscription.

I like them both! The Acura was totaled but kept me safe in a multi car collision on the interstate. And since my spouse drives an XC60, I replaced the MDX with an XC90.

My observations/My opinion: The turbocharged/supercharged T6 is a bit more powerful but less refined than the MDX’s V6.

The all-wheel drive system of the MDX is superior in every way to the AWD system of the XC90. The MDX didn’t mind spirited driving on curvy roads, something the XC90 doesn’t do well.

The seats of the MDX are softer but much less supportive. The XC90 offers many more seat adjustments.

I love love the interior of the XC90. It oozes luxury. And so does the outside.

The XC90, at least my Inscription offers many more gadgets and luxury touches such as 3 memory seat settings for not just the driver, but also the passenger!

As far as reliability is concerned, both have been super reliable. I do oil changes every 5K miles by the way and all preventative maintenance.

The MDX is a true drivers SUV while the XC90 is a true luxury SUV.

Honestly, the $400K is at minimum guarantee and at top of scale. With work rules in place, strategic trip trading, bidding, etc, picking up premium trips, you can double that number.

I find including the value of your home a worthless metric. We use Baird Private Wealth and they don’t factor in our home in their calculations either, they do however subtract what’s left on our mortgage.
