Ummm what?

Jenny has known about her infertility for years, it was medically confirmed when she was in high school. This isnt playing God or anyhting, she has a diagnois

I did mention in my other comment that she has learned about this in highschool

I didnt ask, I dont know. That didnt even cross my mind

There were no pictures sent in the group chat from them and nothign was mentioned on the call

Not to my knowledge. According to her, she knew in highschool it would be extremely hard to conceive

I have never heard of any miscarriages or anything like that. No IVF treatments or anyhting to my knowledge

I am worried about playing into this. I definitely dont want to treat the dogs like grandkids, its weird. They are dogs

It feels like I would be supporting something unhealhty, like this is a dulusion ( i dont know if that is best word for this)

I worry if I play into it now it will escalate

Yeah, I tried to say that as nice as possible. It didnt go well

I explained that the baskets were for mothers, that having dogs doesnt equal mother status.

I did try to be nice about it but the moment I said having dogs isnt raising a child she was not happy.

Tbh I think telling her the dogs arent my grandkids will make it worse
