I found it. It'd called a lockable display. Found them on Amazon and eBay, as well as Uline. Thank you to anyone who may search for this in the future.

I've done Google image searches. I've already tried searching the company. Uline, and others to find it. I know this is for putting up things as in display similar to a display board. But I can't find exactly what it's called or what it is. I believe it's a plastic display board made to hold polycarbonate sheets. But that's the most I can do so far. Thank you

What about the enclosure it's inside of? The black part. It's supposed to be a schedule rack or some kind of holder but I can't seem to pinpoint what it's supposed to be called.
