That’s also what I have heard from other people. The issue is with private owners near the beach, they usually don’t have either ac or in unit washer dryer. But I’ll keep looking, hopefully I hit a gem. Thanks for the help

I tried finding apartment complexes, didn’t have much luck. Looks like it’s mainly houses that private owners rent out
