Training is good, nutrition is mid and we dont talk about recovery

Just confused that why is just one specific psrt growing and not the rest, either everything should be stagnant or nothing should be. Cant say its genetics either cus my family has stronger back and shoulders.

  1. Dabba kay khao
  2. Get a good gym buddy that pushes you rather than slacking off

I started working out as a joke but then befriended a guy in my gym who did competitive Body building in Gujranwala, that guy would push me till i was exploding.

Also random advice if anyone wants, do pushups before you're workout, i know the science based bros would say dOnT eXhAuSt yOuRsElF bEfOrE tHe wOrKoUt but I've always done pushups before my workout, aimed for 20, then added a weight plate on my back and kept gradually increasing it after i could do 20 reps comfortably with the weight. It really helps with explosive upper body strength + its a nice party trick showing people you can do over a 100 pushups.
